i am totally and absolutely exhausted... not sure why, i didn't exactly do that much today... went to this great discount store in the Boston area called building 19 and a half.. its like a surplus store with all these surplus goods that are really really cheap.. stuff like opened boxes of candy, clothes really out of style... books that have totally bombed, tacky decorations... it sounds stupid but seriously shopping there is absolutely addictive... its hard to describe but if one of you guys are in the area let me know and we can hit up the store together..
so anyways my prize find was a
pair of military binoculars.. its weird, they had a section for
military stuff like posters... it was kind of out of place... what would i do with a pair of
fancy binoculars? not quite sure. but who cares, it was 10 bucks! looks like they are from the US army originally... i played around with them today, zoomed in on some squirrels eating acorns... quite fun really... i might give it away to a nephew who likes this kind of stuff and is very outdoorsy...
